At UrbanMop, we understand that change is inevitable, and we plan to save you time while moving within Ottawa and its environs.
House cleaning services cost really depends on the client’s house specification and cleaning needs (if it is regular, deep cleaning or move in/out cleaning). Our minimum rate and hours will be $43/hour for 3 hours for the initial visit and as low as $37/hr for recurring visits. We strongly suggest to visit our book now page for a live estimate.
Giving a tip is not mandatory but well appreciated by your cleaner! 100% of the tip goes to the clean – if you wish to provide a tip to your cleaner, you may inform us over the phone or do it online through customer portal and it will be added to your account.
1. We always bring our supplies and equipment. However, if you wish to use your own or if you have preferred products to use, I suggest you prepare it prior to arrival.
2. Please inform our admin team for any instructions, priorities and cleaning checklist prior to your scheduled appointment.
3. Declutter areas, remove items from the floor, and anything that would interfere with our cleaner’s way. The less clutter you have around, the easier it will be for our cleaning technician to be efficient and effective.
Cleaning duration depends on the type of cleaning(regular, deep clean, appliances, etc..), the house specification, and overall level of cleanliness. We strongly suggest to visit our book now page and spend 2 minutes filling in the house specifications and any extras. From there you will be presented a live estimate!

We offer both weekly or ongoing cleaning contracts, alongside one-time cleaning contracts. This largely depends on your preference. In case of cancellation, you must do this at least 48 hours before our cleaners come to your location. Failure to do this will incur a cancellation fee.
