Pro-Rate Your Booking
Please submit a request for pro-ration if your cleaning was completed quicker than the expected duration. All requests must be submitted within 48 hours of cleaning completion. All request will be reviewed prior to processing.

The review process will take 1-2 business days and then the payment processing will be 3-5 business days.
The funds should reflect on your credit card account within 10 business days. Please feel free to reach out if you have not received anything after 10 business days.
