At ImaPrestige Inc., we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Below is our return and exchange policy, which allows you to fully understand our conditions and ensures a pleasant experience with us.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can use the provided link to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for ready-made products, such as standard Frames and Canvases, under the following conditions:

  • Return period: Products must be returned within 10 days of receiving the order.
  • Condition of products: Products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part in manufacturing or shipping.


A refund or exchange will be issued once the returned product is inspected and deemed to meet these conditions.

Customized products, such as those with custom designs (artwork), text, or specific dimensions requested by the customer, are not eligible for return or exchange. We therefore encourage you to carefully review the details of your order before finalizing your purchase, particularly:

  • Customization details (text, images, logos).
  • Dimensions and specifications of your product.


If an error is found on our part (error in design or production), we will take the necessary steps to correct the mistake at our expense.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at the following address: [email protected] or by phone at 450-472-0999. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product.

In certain cases, especially for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery, we may accept a return or exchange, even for customized products. Please contact us promptly if you notice any damage upon receiving your order.

Refunds for ready-made products will be processed via the original payment method, after the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing.
